From Binghamton: Take Route 12 north to Route 20 (70 miles); turn left (west) on 20; turn right (north) on 12B (16 miles); turn right at the traffic light in Clinton (still 12B); when you see the village green (the park) on your left, the Artful Lodger is the yellow building on the right.

From Utica: Take the arterial (Route 12/5) south to Route 12B; in 4 miles, when you see the village green (the park) on your right, the Artful Lodger is the yellow building on the left.
